Charcoal Palm Trees Pack - 32 Palms with Glowing String Lights + 51 m Sand Ground

Description

Light up your nights by the sea with this pack of 32 charcoal palm trees, each one wrapped from foot to crown in a glowing string of bulbs. The eight palms of the series, six single palms, a duo and a trio, come in four groups, one for each string light: white, twinkle, fade and wave, all on a 51 m round ground plate of warm sand. By night, the dark fronds melt into the sky and the bulbs draw bright spirals around the trunks: a warm invitation to a beach bar, a terrace, a garden party or a summer dance floor. Up close, every bulb shines with a soft halo; from afar, the lights fade gently into the night, so the palms dress your world without dazzling it. By day, the charcoal palms keep their elegant silhouette. The four string lights: • White: a steady, cool white glow • Twinkle: bulbs in five colours, each one shimmering at its own rhythm • Fade: the whole string glows in one colour that slowly changes to the next • Wave: the colours climb from the foot of the palm to its crown The wire winds around the trunk, hangs down from the first bulb under its own weight and runs over the ground to a small plug box. The bulbs turn a little at random, like lights hung by hand. ________________________________________ One Series, Three Packs: • Sunlit Palm Trees Pack: sun-bleached yellow-green fronds and green coconuts • Tropical Palm Trees Pack: deep green fronds, warm red-brown trunks and ripe brown coconuts • Charcoal Palm Trees Pack with String Lights (this pack): dark silhouettes for the night The three packs share the same sand ground material. Each string light is a separate item that fits its palm model in every pack: give it the position and rotation of a Sunlit or Tropical palm of the same model, and it wraps that trunk perfectly. ________________________________________ Technical Details: Palm trees • 32 charcoal palm trees: 8 models (6 single palms A to F, 1 duo, 1 trio) x 4 string lights • Delivered as one collection on its sand plate, in four square groups of eight (white and twinkle in front, fade and wave behind). Place it, then move each palm and its string light wherever you like • Fronds sway in the wind: still at the base, livelier at the tips • Two-sided fronds with normal and roughness maps • Trunk collisions: avatars bump into the trunks and walk freely under the fronds • Pivot at the foot of the trunk; heights from 3.8 m to 7.1 m • About 3.8K to 4K triangles per single palm, 7.8K for the duo, 11.7K for the trio; fronds 1024 px, trunk 512 px • Default draw distance of 384 m (adjustable) String lights • 27 to 173 bulbs per palm model (one string per trunk on the duo and the trio) • About 1.4K to 7.6K triangles per string light, always fewer than its palm • Emissive bulbs animated by the material itself: no script • The four effects share the same bulbs: change the effect of a string light by copying the material of another one • Textures: 1024 x 256 px per animated effect, tiny 4 x 4 px maps for the rest • No collision: avatars are never caught on the wire • Default draw distance of 128 m (adjustable) Ground plate • 51 m round plate, 162 triangles, walkable collision • Three-layer ground material (dry sand, cracked earth and orange sand) blended by organic zones, with detail maps for a fine grain up close; maps 1024 px, detail maps 512 px • Sits 4 mm above the pivot of the pack: placed on your own ground, it covers it without flickering • To cover more ground: scale the plate up, then multiply the three Uv Scales values of its material by the same factor (x2 for a 102 m plate) • To use it elsewhere: Copy all material on the plate, then Paste all material on your own surface; Uv Scales sets the size of the grain ________________________________________ See my palm trees in Sansar: https://atlas.sansar.com/experiences/morganeparis/made-in-paris PS: In 2026 I rebuilt my palm trees frond by frond, then dressed them for the night with string lights drawn bulb by bulb around each trunk. I hope they light up your warmest summer nights. Enjoy and Keep Good Vibes. Hugs from Morgane.
